Refer & Earn Program Terms

These program terms (the "Program Terms") govern the GrailCart Refer & Earn program (the "Program") operated by GrailCart, LLC. They form part of, and are incorporated into, our Terms of Service; capitalised terms not defined here have the meaning given there. By participating in the Program you agree to these Program Terms. If you do not agree, you are not eligible to participate. The Program is separate from the GrailCart Affiliate Program, which has its own code and its own terms.
1. Eligibility
The Program is open to customers with an active GrailCart account in good standing ("Users"). An account that is banned, has its withdrawals locked, or is found to breach these Program Terms or the Terms of Service is not eligible, and neither is any account of GrailCart staff.
2. Rewards and referral process
(a) Referral link. An eligible User may choose one unique Refer & Earn code on the Earn page of their account. The code and its share link (together, the "Referral Link") cannot be changed once set and are separate from any affiliate code. Users may share their Referral Link with prospective new customers ("Referred Customers").
(b) Attribution. A Referred Customer must open the Referral Link and create their account through it, or enter the code during onboarding. Attribution must happen before the Referred Customer's first deposit and within 7 days of the account being created, and cannot be added or changed afterwards. Only one referrer — through this Program or the Affiliate Program — may be attributed to an account, and attribution cannot be combined with another referral attribution. Accounts referred through this Program do not generate affiliate commission for anyone.
(c) Qualifying actions and rewards. All qualifying actions must be completed within 7 days of the Referred Customer's account being created.
Referred Customer rewards: $10.00 upon a first qualifying deposit of $20.00 or more; and $10.00 more upon a second qualifying deposit of $20.00 or more, once the Referred Customer has also wagered $400.00 of real balance in total on packs, battles, the upgrader or crash.
Referring User rewards: $10.00 when the Referred Customer completes the first reward above, and $10.00 more when they complete the second.
(d) Conditions applicable to all rewards. A Referred Customer must complete a one-time identity check (a government ID and a selfie) once they make their first qualifying deposit; from that deposit their account is paused until the documents are submitted. Every reward is checked by GrailCart and may be held or refused, in particular where accounts appear to be linked or controlled by the same person. Rewards accrue as pending until cleared; the rewards of both parties are cleared and paid automatically once the Referred Customer’s identity check is approved and our checks find no link between the two accounts, and otherwise only after manual review. To receive a reward, a User must also have made at least one deposit on their own account; a cleared reward of a User who has not yet deposited is claimed on the Earn page after their first deposit. A "qualifying deposit" excludes any deposit that is later refunded, charged back, reversed or otherwise voided; in that case GrailCart may reverse the corresponding rewards of both parties, whether pending or already claimed, including by deducting a claimed reward from the account balance. A qualifying deposit may also receive an eligible deposit bonus.
3. Reward redemption
(a) Claimed rewards are credited to the recipient's regular balance. Like deposits, they must be played through once (1x) before a withdrawal, as described in the Terms of Service, and they may be used on the service like any other balance.
(b) Rewards are personal and may not be transferred, assigned, sold or bartered. Rewards obtained in breach of these Program Terms are void and may be cancelled or deducted.
(c) GrailCart may limit the number or value of rewards per account, per referrer, per time period or by any other generally applicable measure.
4. Modification and termination
(a) GrailCart may change these Program Terms — including reward amounts, qualifying actions and minimum deposit amounts — or suspend or end the Program at any time. Changes are published on this page with a new "last updated" date; continuing to participate after a change means you accept it. Rewards already claimed before a change are not affected.
(b) GrailCart may withhold, reverse, revoke or forfeit pending or credited rewards, and suspend or close accounts, where it determines that a User has acted fraudulently or abusively — including self-referral, multi-accounting, identity misrepresentation, sharing or recycling payment methods, devices or addresses between referrer and Referred Customer, or circumventing Program safeguards — or has otherwise breached these Program Terms or the Terms of Service.
(c) Questions about eligibility, the earning or crediting of rewards, or compliance with these Program Terms are decided by GrailCart in its reasonable discretion. If you believe a reward is missing, contact support@grailcart.com.
(d) The Program is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, GrailCart's liability in connection with the Program is limited to the value of the rewards concerned, and the limitations and dispute terms of the Terms of Service apply.
