HOW TO STAY SAFE
- Our only websites are grailcart.com and grailcart.org. Emails from us end in one of those two domains.
- Handles can be imitated with a swapped letter or an extra underscore — paste the exact account, and on Discord or Telegram check the numeric user ID (shown when a lookup matches), which can't be changed.
- An Outreach representative can start a conversation but cannot finalize an offer. Nothing is agreed until a full representative (Admin) confirms it.
- We never ask for your password, seed phrase, 2FA codes, or for payment to “unlock” anything. Report impersonation to support@grailcart.org.
