About GrailCart

GrailCart is a site for opening digital Pokémon card packs where every pull is a real card. Keep it in your collection, have it shipped to your door anywhere in the world, store it in our vault, or sell it back instantly.

Who runs it

GrailCart is operated by GrailCart, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, at 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, United States, with a second office at 77 Omega Dr, Suite 170, Newark, DE 19713, United States. Players must be 18 or older (or the age of majority where they live), and GrailCart isn't available where products with randomized contents are restricted.

How a pack works

Every pack lists all the cards it can contain and the odds of each before you open it. Opening a pack gives you one card. Each result comes from a server seed committed in advance, your own client seed and a counter, so you can check any pull yourself on the fairness page.

Real cards, priced from real sales

Card values come from recent sold listings of the exact card and grade, not from asking prices. When you ship a card, our fulfillment team and partner suppliers send that exact card to you with tracking. Several cards shipped together go in one package. In the vault, PSA cards get a high-resolution scan so you can see the slab you own.

Payments

You can deposit by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay where supported, or crypto, and withdraw to a bank account, debit card or crypto. Your first withdrawal is reviewed by a person. The full rules are in the terms, the returns policy and the AML / KYC policy.

How we write our guides

Our Pokémon card guides are written by the GrailCart team together, not by one named author. Card values in them come from the same recent-sales data as the rest of the site, and we avoid figures that go out of date, such as grading fees or individual sale prices. Guides explain how cards and grading work; they are not investment advice. If you spot a mistake, email support@grailcart.com and we'll correct it.
